![]() | Mom's Meatloaf recipe 1 lb. ground beef 1 egg Onion, cut up (to taste) Seasoned bread crumbs (Italian) Salt/pepper Mix all ingredients in a bowl (by hand). Move to casserole dish, or loaf pan. Top with ketchup. Bake 350 - 1 hour or until center is not pink. * if you like your meatloaf drier, use more breadcrumbs; for a moister meatloaf, use less.
